We are currently looking for people interested in a non-voice account to be hosted at Sta. Rosa.

Requirements:
• At least high school graduate
• Must be 18 years old and above
• Must be internet savvy and able to navigate well around the internet
• Good English comprehension
• Willing to work on the following timetables: US, UK

Good compensation packages await applicants who are accepted into the program.

The company will be providing multiple shuttle service to and from the following locations: Alabang, Cavite and Laguna.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 2nd year level in college
• 20-40 years old
• Must have no issues with attendance and possesses a positive attitude.
• No employment termination due to just cause in work history
• Excellent English communication and comprehension skills

*Can work in shifting and Graveyard schedule

DESIRED SKILLS:
• Preferably IT / ECE / Eng. or similar background
• Call center experience as a TSR preferred
• Technical / Troubleshooting Training and exposure
• Basic hardware troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge in software troubleshooting, particularly with driver installation
• Experience in ISP Troubleshooting and Internet Connectivity
